Requirements for Nigerian Air Force School of Nursing Form 2024/2025

Candidates for admission into Nigerian Air Force Colleges of Nursing Sciences Kaduna must prepare for the school entrance examination.

Also, to apply for Nigerian Air Force School of Nursing and Midwifery admission form, interested candidates must take note of the following:

1. JAMB Requirement: All applicants must have applied through JAMB.
2. O’ Level Results: Applicants must have a minimum of 5 credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. These credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings.
3. Age Limit: You must be between 17 and 26 years old by December 2024.
4. Nationality: Only Nigerians by birth are eligible.
5. UTME Score: You must have scored at least 170 points in the 2024 UTME.
6. First Choice: NAFCONS must be your first choice during your UTME registration.
7. Subject Combination: The required subjects for UTME and Post-UTME are Use of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Any candidate who did not take this combination will not be considered

How to Apply for Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing Admission Form 2024/2025

1. Visit the NAFCONS website and download the application form.
2. No Post-UTME Forms for Sale: The college is not selling any Post-UTME forms. However, a non-refundable fee of N5,000 will be charged for logistics related to the screening exercise.
3. The fee should be paid in cash at the College Finance Office.
4. Return the completed application form along with the following documents:
   • Photocopy of O’ Level results
   • Secondary School Testimonial
   • Birth Certificate
   • Certificate of State/Local Government of Origin
   • 2024 UTME result slip
