- Basic Midwifery Programme
Duration of Programme
- Basic Nursing Programme – three (3) years.
- Basic Midwifery Programme – three (3) years and one-year mandatory community service as stipulated by Nursing and Midwifery Councils of Nigeria.
Admission Requirements for Fatima College of Nursing Sciences Sifawa
Admission into FACONS is based on merit as well as quota system. Applicants can obtain the admission forms from the College Admission Portal after paying the application fees. Those who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be invited to participate in the entrance examination, and only those who succeed in the examination will be invited for an oral interview.
Candidates for admission into General Nursing/Basic Midwifery Programmes must possess the following:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate and Testimonial.
- A minimum of five O’ level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than 2 sittings in NECO, WAEC and or NABTEB.

How to Apply for the Fatima College of Nursing Admission Form 2024/2025
The Fatima College of Nursing and Midwifery admission form costs N10,300 (Ten Thousand Three Hundred Naira Only).
To apply for Fatima College of Nursing Sciences admission, you need to first Create Account via the application portal at www.facnams.net and generate Payment Invoice which you will use to pay for your application form in the Bank.

- Generate and Print Invoice.
- Proceed to Bank to make payment.
