Eligibility Criteria for UDUTH Basic Midwifery Admission 2024
Applicants with all the following qualifications will be considered for admission into the School of Midwifery. To apply for the UDUTH School of Midwifery Form 2024, candidates must:
- Possess at least five (5) Credits in WASC, SSCE, GCE, NABTEB or NECO which should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English Language at not more than two (2) sittings.
- Also, interested applicants must not be below the age of sixteen (16) years at the time of application.

How to Apply for the UDUTH School of Basic Midwifery Admission Form 2024/2025
To apply for admission, follow the procedures below:
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦7,000 through the Remita platform.
- Visit the Remita payment portal and select “Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto” from the MDA menu.
- Choose “UDUTH School of Midwifery” under the service option and generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for ₦7,000.
- Present the payment receipt to the UDUTH School of Midwifery cashier to collect a cashier’s receipt, serial number, and PIN.
- Visit the UDUTH Basic Midwifery application page and enter your serial number and PIN to access the application form.
- Fill out the application form accurately and submit it online.
- Print a coloured copy of your completed application form, which must be brought on the entrance examination day.
