UITH College of Nursing Admission Requirements
- Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from either WASC/NECO, taken at not more than two sittings.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of applying.
- NABTEB qualifications are accepted but must not be combined with WASC or NECO certificates.
- A clean criminal record is required.
- Applicants must have no deformities of the hands.
In addition;
- The school does not accept awaiting results during the interview.
- Candidates must come to the C.B.T. Centre with their application form printout and writing materials.
- Candidates are expected to bring their O’level result, birth certificate, and declaration of age to the interview.
- No calculators or handsets are allowed during the examination.

How to Apply for UITH School of Nursing Admission Form 2024/2025
- Visit the UITH Admission Portal.
- Pay the N10,000 fee via REMITA by following the instructions provided on the portal.
- After payment, return to the portal to fill out the online admission form using your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number.
- Make sure to enter a valid email address during registration.
- Upload all required documents, including three referees’ letters on letter-headed paper and the sponsor’s signature.
UITH Examination Dates
- Examination Dates are 28th and 29th October, 2024.
- The oral Interview is scheduled for 30th October, 2024.
